WHO
We believe that coaching is a partnership on a journey - like being part of a crew. We each bring different aspects and specialities to the process and work together to achieve a common goal. All our coaches are ICF registered, or are actively working towards this.
WHAT
Our process is quite simple. you are an expert in your life, we are experts in the coaching process. So working with you, over generally 4 to 5 sessions, we help you to understand your drivers and bring more clarity to your situation. It's then possible to navigate forward to your next stage in life.
WHY
Our coaches have become coaches over long journeys of living life and gaining experience before moving into the coaching field. Individually, we have more than 15 years of work experience outside of coaching. We have blended this deep experience into a calling that helps others move forward in their own journeys, facilitating gains from our wins, mistakes and experiences.
