MATT GUSH

Matt brings a rich breadth and depth of experience across multiple spheres, into his coaching relationships. This includes strategic financial management in the retail sector, property management, community development, pastoral care and extensive sailing experience on a yacht with his young family over a multi-year period.

​

With an undergraduate degree in geography and archaeology, Matt holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cape Town and is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

​

He has over 15 years of experience across finance, corporate property, and executive development.

Having worked in the UK, Europe and Africa, he brings  a wealth of international perspective to his work with businesses and individuals.

​

His work in commercial financial planning and business growth is significant, with 12 years’ experience as a strategic finance partner at a leading global retailer and 3 years in corporate property acquisitions.

His expertise extends to the development of professional coaching programs for commercial environments, where he collaborates with training organizations to enhance leadership and interpersonal skills within diverse teams.

​His unique journey includes seven years as a leader of an urban church in London, followed by three years exploring the Mediterranean with his wife and three teenage daughters aboard their yacht, “Next Step.”

​

​In his personal time, Matt is passionate about sailing, fly fishing, and engaging in meaningful conversations around the fire. Deeply committed to community, he focuses on creating environments that foster growth, connection, and resilience.

ANDRIA ZAFIRAKOU MBE

Andria Zafirakou is a renowned educator, transformative coach, and advocate for the arts in education, with over 17 years of experience teaching art and mentoring educators. She earned global recognition in 2018, winning the prestigious Global Teacher Prize—often referred to as the "Nobel of Teaching."

 

With her $1 million prize, she established Artists in Residence (AiR), a UK-based charity dedicated to enhancing arts education in under-resourced schools by connecting students with professional artists.

In recognition of her services to education, Andria was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2019. She is also a Culture Leader for the World Economic Forum, a member of its Global Future Leaders Council, and has been listed among London’s top ten most influential people by the Evening Standard.

A certified transformative coach and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Andria works closely with teachers and leaders, empowering them to elevate their practices through coaching and mentorship. She is the author of 'Those Who Can, Teach' (2021), as well as 'Lessons in Life' (2023)

Andria lives in London with her husband and two daughters and remains deeply committed to fostering creative, inclusive learning environments.
